Export everything
- Settings → Export → Full workspace export.
- Choose JSON (complete, including history) or CSV (tasks and fields, spreadsheet-friendly).
- Attachments are included as files in the archive with a manifest mapping them to tasks.
- You get a download link by email — it is valid for seven days.
Export is available on every plan, including the free trial, and does not require an active subscription.
Cancelling
Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. The workspace stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, then becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted at that point — you can still read and export everything.
Deletion
A read-only workspace is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted along with its backups. You can delete it yourself sooner from Settings → Workspace → Delete, which is immediate and cannot be undone.
