Build the filter
Filters combine conditions with AND and OR, and can nest one level. "Assignee is me AND (Priority is Urgent OR Due date is within 3 days)" is a normal filter, not an advanced one.
Save and share
- Set up the filter, grouping and sort you want.
- Click Save view and name it for the question it answers — "Blocked over 2 days", not "View 3".
- Choose Private or Shared. Shared views appear for everyone with access to the project.

From My work → New view you can filter across every project you can see. This is how you build "everything urgent, everywhere" without duplicating a single task.
